This is a very cool question, If you already have a cell phone and it has a camera in it, then it really up to you if you want to spend your money on a handy cam, because then phones also have very good camera;s these days, Some of them are realy very good, and clarty and picture quality, So ask your self can my phone do the job for me or not? , Then take a decision to buy a new cam for yourself.
